Best of Show Award at IBC 2026
Amsterdam, Netherlands – September 14, 2026 – Telycam, a provider of professional PTZ camera and video production solutions, today announced that Mix One, its all-in-one PTZ video switcher, has been named a Best of Show winner by Sound & Video Contractor(SVC) at IBC 2026.
The award adds to Mix One's recognition earlier this year at ISE 2026, where the system received an AV Technology Best of Show Award following its debut. The back-to-back recognition across two major professional AV and broadcast industry events highlights the growing interest in integrated, PTZ-focused production workflows.
At IBC 2026, Telycam demonstrated Mix One as the central production system across three live workflows spanning broadcast production, broadcast AV, and professional AV — connecting PTZ cameras with video switching, PTZ control, recording, streaming, and monitoring. The booth featured Telycam's Explore 100、Explore 300、Explore 500, and Vision+ series PTZ cameras, tracing a signal path from camera capture through switching and recording to streaming output — showing how core production functions can be consolidated into a single, compact system for professional operators and small production teams.
Mix One combines an encoder, decoder, monitor, video switcher, and PTZ controller in a single unit. It accepts up to six video sources across a mix of IP and physical inputs, including native NDI® HX, SRT, RTMP, and RTSP, alongside two HDMI inputs and one USB-C input, with IP output supported as well.
An 8.8-inch touchscreen and WebUI give operators centralized access to real-time source preview, live PGM/PVW switching, Picture-in-Picture layouts, and a built-in graphics library for titles, lower thirds, and rolling subtitles.
For PTZ production, Mix One controls cameras directly via VISCA, VISCA over IP, NDI, and serial protocols, with a Hall-effect joystick for precise camera positioning and direct access to exposure, color, and white balance settings.
The system supports local recording up to UHD resolution, live streaming, and PoE++ connectivity over a single Ethernet cable, providing a compact workflow for productions ranging from solo operators to small and mid-sized studios.
