Assembling pieces and components into a perfectly functional camera is never an easy task. It asks for skillful and careful treatment of every part, at each step of the process. Our experienced staff work intently, making sure every part is correctly and firmly assembled together.
Despite precise assembling, strict quality management system is established and implemented throughout the entire production, from raw material inspection, assembling process to the finished products check. Every single camera has to go through tests both on its external hardware and inserted programs before it can be called qualified and delivered to our clients.
Guided by the ISO9001:2015 standard, Telycam sets strict requirements not only for the manufacturing process, but also for the working environment. To ensure the ultra definition of video output from the beginning, we meticulously inspect every lens in the dust-free workshop.
